We are excited to announce the annual DAS Symposium 2026, due to last year's success at De Zalen van Zeven in Utrecht on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026.

The Dutch Atherosclerosis Society (DAS) has a long history of excellent science with great networking opportunities to bring together scientists in the Netherlands working on all aspects of atherosclerosis: from initiation and development to biological mechanisms and clinical implications.

This year, DAS 2026 will cover diverse topics from immunity and lipid metabolism, single-cell multi-omics and basic experimental modeling, to clinical trials and drug development. The program will include three Keynote lectures, scientific talks from selected abstracts in dedicated plenary sessions, and a poster session.

Lunch and coffee will be provided, and throughout the day, there will be enough time for networking.

The registration is open as of today.

Until May 24th, 2026 you can get your tickets at the Early Bird rate (€25,- for junior scientists, and €75,- for others).

From May 25th, 2026 onwards you pay the Regular fee (€50,- for junior scientists, and €100,- for others).

Junior scientists are BSc, MSc, PhD, and PostDoc researchers. All other attendees register at the senior/other rate. Late-cancellations will be charged.

The abstract submission deadline is set for May 1st and requires registration.
